Program Committees
The Board of Directors includes two program committees overseeing Recreational and Competitive & Development soccer across Arlington and Falls Church.
Overview
How We’re Organized
Recreational Committee
The Recreational Committee oversees all Recreational (Rec) soccer activities of the ASA. The Committee supports the success of the program by helping recruit and manage volunteers and by working closely with staff to review and, when necessary, adjust administrative rules.
Competitive & Development Committee
The C&D Program Committee is a standing committee of the Arlington Soccer Board. The Committee represents and advocates for Academy, Travel, and ADP players and families, collaborating with technical and administrative staff on processes, policies, and finances.
Recreational
Recreational Committee
The Committee is made up of the 13 Rec Club Managers. The Committee Chair serves on the ASA Board of Directors and represents the Rec program at Board meetings.

C&D Committee
The C&D Program Committee is a standing committee of the Arlington Soccer Board. The Committee represents and advocates for Academy, Travel, and ADP players and families. Members collaborate with Arlington Soccer’s technical and administrative staff to provide input on program processes, policies, and finances, and to help address ongoing and emerging issues within the program.
